Supervise the administration of the Adult Education Services Department, including the Adult Basic and Literacy Education (ASPIRE) Grant, the IELCE/ESOL Grant, the IELCE/IET Grant the HSE and GED Testing Program, the Workplace Education Program, the Cuyahoga Works Job and Career Center, Project Learns Adult Basic Literacy Programs and the Pearson Vue Testing Center. Complies with Cuyahoga County Public Library's policies, rules, guidelines, procedures, requirements, standards, and practices applicable to the job, including work scheduling and attendance, customer service, use of Library property, computer use, personal conduct, and confidentiality. Executes all adult education services grants and programs in accordance with the policies, procedures, and contractual guidelines set forth by the Federal, State, and local governments, foundations and individual businesses. Identify and collaborate with agencies on adult education services related topics. Supervises the creation and implementation of appropriate curriculum for adult education services. Coordinates the selection, procurement, distribution, and evaluation of instructional materials and equipment related to adult education services. Manages budgets for all adult education services grants.

Work with committee members throughout the inclusiveness initiative to plan and execute the initiative and acts as a meeting or process facilitator. Design and gathers data during the information-gathering phase. Conduct diversity/inclusiveness training's to create a more inclusive culture and help stakeholders become more aware of how the organization may be creating an unwelcome atmosphere for diverse communities. Create evaluation plan to measure the efficacy of training's and progress of inclusiveness initiative. Act as an educator, a catalyst for deeper change, a resource, or a facilitator working with the executive leadership of the organization.

Serve as personal and academic mentor for students of color while creating, planning, and implementing a comprehensive multicultural student leadership and personal development program. Also provide career focused programming that fosters connections with employers and help prepare students to be successful in the work environment. Teach graduate level Diversity Education and Multiculturalism course along with First Year and Transfer courses. Develop and implement educational programs for the campus community that promote cultural diversity and inclusivity. Coordinate mentoring opportunities and programs for students of color. Work collaboratively with a variety of committees and campus departments on intentional retention activities and initiatives for multicultural students. Develop and implement orientation programs for new and transfer students of color. Serve as advisor to the Black Student Union and other Multicultural Student Organizations as assigned. Co-chair of Presidential Diversity Council. Assessment Coordinator for Student Affairs Department. Coordinate and implement annual assessment of program services and student satisfaction. Oversee the related budgets of the office. Serve on various University committees such as Retention Team, CARe Team, Women's Empowerment Committee, as well as special projects and other duties as assigned by the Assistant Dean of Students and/or Vice President for Student Affairs.

Created minority male initiative at the college with generous support from the Kresge Foundation that helps to connect male students of color at the college to existing as well as ancillary resources using a holistic approach to education. By linking students to resources at the college, collegial engagement is enhanced and the student is armed with the ability to navigate successful resources at the college. Positively impacted GPA, retention and semester to semester persistence, and increased graduation rates are the key deliverables to the program.

Supervise, manage, and facilitate grant for Connect 2 Complete program at Cuyahoga Community College (OH). As Grant Manager, I recruit, hire, and train students for the position of Peer Advocate (PA) in which they work with developmental education faculty at the college to assist students in the classroom with civic engagement and service learning projects. Also, train, recruit, and monitor faculty that particpipate in the program. Paired with the faculty, the students help other students become collegially engaged and further help to understand the importance of service learning, peer advocacy, and civic engagement. Students along with the faculty collaborate with other pilot schools throughout the nation by using best practices. Professional growth, personal development, national presentations, and collegial engagement are but a few of the many advantangeons that the PA experiences as part of the higher educational process en route to graduation and matriculation at the next level.

.Create, implement, and teach Sport in Society class in Health and Physical Education department at the university. Lecture style classroom instruction with classroom interaction and project development. Advise students. Also teach History of Sport class as well as CPR/ First Aid at the university.
