Coordinates the selection, procurement, distribution, and evaluation of instructional materials and equipment related to adult education services. Manages budgets for all adult education services grants.

Program Director- Minority Male Initiative (Mmi)
Created minority male initiative at the college with generous support from the Kresge Foundation that helps to connect male students of color at the college to existing as well as ancillary resources using a holistic approach to education. Supervise, manage, and facilitate grant for Connect 2 Complete program at Cuyahoga Community College (OH). As Grant Manager, I recruit, hire, and train students for the position of Peer Advocate (PA) in which they work with developmental education faculty at the college to assist students in the classroom with civic engagement and service learning projects. Also, train, recruit, and monitor faculty that particpipate in the program. Paired with the faculty, the students help other students become collegially engaged and further help to understand the importance of service learning, peer advocacy, and civic engagement. Students along with the faculty collaborate with other pilot schools throughout the nation by using best practices. Professional growth, personal development, national presentations, and collegial engagement are but a few of the many advantangeons that the PA experiences as part of the higher educational process en route to graduation and matriculation at the next level.
