Collaborated with school administrators regarding disproportionality in discipline and created programs and events to address the issue. Identified gaps in services and programs, created curriculum, intervention programs, and events for over 1000 students to address those gaps. Developed district-wide attendance retention strategies, while increasing student attendance by 50%.
