As the Dean Of Students at Pleasant Valley Community School District, I oversee the academic, social, and emotional well-being of over 900 junior high school students. I work with a team of educators, counselors, and administrators to create and implement policies, programs, and interventions that foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students. I also collaborate with parents, community partners, and external agencies to address the diverse needs and challenges of our student population.With over 10 years of experience in educational leadership and administration, I have a passion for developing and empowering teachers and staff to achieve excellence in education. I have coached, mentored, and guided hundreds of teachers and student teachers in various aspects of curriculum design, instructional delivery, classroom management, and professional growth. I have also coordinated and facilitated instructional collaboration, professional development, and data analysis across grade levels and subject areas. My goal is to inspire, motivate, and support educators to reach their full potential and to make a positive impact on student success.
