As an osteopathic physician and the only Sports Psychiatrist in the Charlotte, North Carolina area, I specialize in a comprehensive, holistic approach to mental health and performance. My mission is to create a supportive, accessible space where athletes and high-performing professionals alike feel heard, understood, and empowered to reach their full potential.I work with elite athletes across all levels—from local middle and high school competitors to collegiate athletes and professionals on the national and worldwide stages.
