Retiree Recall onto Active Duty in support of Covid-19 Operations. Currently serving as Deputy Chief of Hospital Education and Staff Development at D.D. Eisenhower Army Medical Center on Fort Gordon, GA. Serving as program manager for ROTC Cadet, Internships, Nursing Education, Junior Officer Course Coordinator, ANCC CNE, Special Workshops, and Projects.

Responsible for leading nursing services in this large academic public health system with multiple hospitals and centers of excellence, including direction for over 4000 nurses. Reports to the system CEO. Provides consulting for external organizations to facilitate development of care systems inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Direct clinical services for Ambulatory Care division of UNC Health Care. Oversight of planning, policy, and operations for system-wide clinical activities at over 100 clinics caring for ~ 3,500 patients daily. Based within a large academic health system and geographically located primarily across central North Carolina.

As a US Army Reserve Lieutenant Colonel, teaching in a graduate-level education program for senior US Army officers, rank of Major and above. Coordinate and facilitate adult learning for students at multiple sites in this leadership development program accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of North Central Association. Supervise several other faculty as Primary Instructor. Participate in Faculty Development Program at core campus at Ft. Leavenworth, KS and intense two week programs at Fort Dix, NJ, Fort McCoy, WI, and other locations worldwide.

Leader development education at the Raleigh, NC teaching site. Served as Primary Instructor; leading team of four instructors. Coordinated curriculum, class schedule, and grading for all students.
