I was a 911 dispatcher and shift supervisor for 21 years, mostly for the City of Springfield. I worked through 9-11, the heroin epidemic as well as the rise of cell phones pocket dialing 911. During my time at Old Souls Farm, our team successfully expanded from 20 to 227.
