An HR and Talent Acquisition Specialist with a specialization and emphasis in the Industrial and Information Technology space. I have worked as an HR Generalist with emphasis on employee relations, policy development and training and development. Shortly after, I transitioned into the recruitment world where I've aspired to become one of the highest performing recruiters at my current company, Kelly. I manage a large high volume account and one of my primary responsibilities is to source and retain fresh talent that run the day to day operations in an industrial work environment. In addition to being a diligent recruiter, I also possess a strong background in Information Technology. I possess keen knowledge in Routing and Switching, Cloud Computing/Migrations, SaaS, Virtualization, Information Security, and am currently working towards acquiring a CCNA certification. At this moment, I am fascinated in learning about SCCM and Intune for MDM and application policy enforcement.
