Drucella born and grow up in Bogor West Java. She is a 2015 alumna of the U.S. ASEAN YSEALI Women Leadership Academy, and served as 2020 Country Lead for Indonesia for the Academy’s Alumni Network. In her professional life, She leads a multiple agriculture business.Drucella finished her undergraduate study from Institut Pertanian Bogor, then received her Master of Science from Institut Pertanian Bogor. She has always been interested in promoting the importance of women empowerment and women leadership in Indonesia and has been actively involved in the volunteering activities with various social communities. Back in 2018, she was appointed as Executive Director of Light of Women that focuses on women empowerment. Drucella has managed various women empowerment and women leadership campaigns.
