Provided legal compliance project support to Global Compliance office through the creation of legal compliance policy template and policy process with SMEs from policy creation/revision to global communication and record retention. Developed a legal compliance intranet site for employees and revised tools to promote compliance program elements, including the Company’s global report line.Coordinated compliance training with Company’s third-party vendor and designed an escalation process to drive code of conduct training and the annual code recertification process, as well as monitored/responded to questions raised through the general compliance email box.

Involved in both the proactive and reactive aspects of ethics and compliance. On the reactive side, I directly managed the Motorola Solutions global ethics hotline and case management system, and coordinated the confidential dissemination of 100+ annual inquiries to the appropriate parties. Responsible for metrics analysis and report compilation to senior management and the Audit Committee of the Motorola Solutions Board of Directors on a monthly/quarterly basis and provided metrics for the Motorola Solutions Corporate Responsibility report published annually. Provided research of compliance matters for the Chief Compliance Officer and global investigations team.Proactively, I managed over 20 global compliance and ethics corporate policies and coordinated with internal subject matter experts and attorneys to update and internally publish policy updates due to changes in legislation, company initiatives, and policy audit cycle. Provided project administrative support to Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer and Office of Ethics team on compliance program initiatives including conflicts of interest/board memberships, third party due diligence, securities trading, code of conduct revisions and language translations, compliance training content and global report line awareness.

Provided program and administrative support to Vice President and five EHS professionals of global EHS management programs which included conducting site office ergonomic reviews and safety audits to reduce workplace injuries and illnesses, and the compilation of injury/illness statistics for OSHA compliance. Directly managed 6 emergency response teams on the Motorola Schaumburg campus and coordinated severe weather and fire evacuation drills.In 2006, I was selected to provide project support to Motorola's law department with the establishment of a new global records management program which included policy, process, retention schedules, and employee training. Coordinated the identification and successful transfer of Company records when Motorola sold their automotive business to Continental AG in July 2006. Permanently transitioned to the law department in 2007.
