Clinical Leader
CurrentDesign and supervise the provision of evidence-based mental health services and programs for children (up to 18 years old) with Autism and/or similar developmental disabilities in response to physician recommendations in home, school and/or other natural settings.• Implement individualized treatment goals and Behavioral Support Plans in response to the direction provided by the Clinical Director and Senior Clinical Leader/Clinical Leader and/or other clinical staff in order to improve the behavior and skill acquisition of clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.• Travel to home and other community settings, as required, to deliver services.• Provide direct supervision and individualized training to a team of Behavior Specialists by leading staff meetings, developing, coordinating, and providing staff development trainings. Address any concerns that might impact the validity and success of the client’s ABA program.• Maintain appropriate progress notes for supervision hours and inputs MLS supervision hours on billing calendar.• Conduct regular home visits for the assigned caseload to provide individualized parent education; supervise the implementation of the program, monitor the completion of all necessary documentation and to provide in-field training to each direct report.• Responsible for educating families on the importance of maintaining a consistent schedule with number of hours that are clinically appropriate for the client. Additionally, responsible for efficiently and effectively communicating CSD’s policies to families• Complete necessary documentation including treatment plans, data sheets, and behavioral support plans.• Draft progress, transfer, discharge, and addendum reports for clients that are reviewed and completed by the Clinical Director before submission to the appropriate insurance company. Reports included summary of client’s progress for each goal and total program.• Work with insurance companies Catalight and Beacon.
