• Managed a team of 30 key reports comprising discipline, contract, QA/QC, construction, commissioning and turnover engineers in the capacity of a project management consultancy (PMC) role whilst managing a Joint Venture.

• Managed the award of a challenging $300m pipeline project from FEED to Contract Award under a demanding deadline while catering to untimely changes in National Tender Laws.
• In managing 30 key reports, generated $1.5m in revenue through a project execution plan involving FEED enhancements, tender preparation, bid evaluation and a successful Contract Award.

Kuwait, South Korea

• Reporting to the Projects Director and Projects Manager, responsibilities included representing Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) to direct International Contractors to execute a $300m fixed priced greenfield water centre.
• Provided treated water to 20 existing oil production facilities by managing the delivery of a $300m new Water Centre in North Kuwait which involved building a water treatment centre and installing over 200km of pipeline.
• In managing 30 key reports, generated $2.5m in revenue through a project execution plan involving during the detailed design phase and mobilising PMC personnel to oversee International EPC Contractors.

Saudi Arabia

• Reporting to the General Manager and Vice President within the Capital Efficiency Department, responsibilities included managing Distribution and Terminal Operations projects as large as $100m from initiation to.
• Actively contributed to the Company's 2040 vision by improving natural resource distribution and reliability throughout the Kingdom and providing an opportunity for future expansion.
• Studied the Kingdom's domestic fuel supply and demand Master Plan for the Eastern region and advised on options including fuel transportation redistribution and the construction of new bulk plants.
• Secured project gate approvals to execute scope of works.

• Reporting to the Project Director and Projects Manager, responsibilities included representing Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) to direct International Contractors in Kuwait and South Korea to execute projects based on a fixed.
• Enhanced KOC substation safety in South and East Kuwait by managing a $350m project to construct 20 new elevated substations.
• Actively contributed towards the Client's 2030 vision by improving security, insurance and reliability and providing an opportunity for future expansion.
• Cut Client production disruptions by liaising with numerous stakeholders to manage the appropriate times for shutdown of existing facilities to enable tie-ins with the new substations.
• Strengthened Client and Contractor relations by training Kuwaiti engineers and organising regular social events involving three PMC’s, four EPC Contractors and the Client.
• Generated $3m in revenue through a project execution plan which mobilised PMC personnel to oversee International EPC Contractors over a period of 18 months.

Construction: As resident engineer overseen subcontract works related to deep excavation and piling works while monitoring health & safety and quality.Commercial: Review Sub-Contractors correspondence and invoices. Management: Manage 10 key reports, organize and direct.

Project: Jamnagar Petrochemical Refinery Complex Design: Using STAAD.Pro and Smartplant accelerated the deliverables submission rate by normalising designs of compressor buildings to British, Indian and American (including seismic design) codes.
