I enjoy leadership roles and inspiring others to be successful.I attended Wofford College, Spartanburg, SC, graduated in '11 with a degree in Business Economics. After graduation I started a business called ReQuestz Systems Inc. It was a mobile application which allowed users to 'pre and real-time request' items at an entertainment venue and restaurant. The Value Proposition was to build customer loyalty, increase revenues, improve communication with key stake holders and build the brand of the entertainment venue. After 6 years of running the business, my partners and I agreed to shutdown company. October 2017, joined Trade Street Advisors, Financial Risk Management firm as their IT Operations Manager to help develop their Salesforce.com capability, improve their information security, business resiliency, and enhance their compliance functions. Specialties: I am a "quick study". I have expertise with Salesforce, MS Productivity Tools (ex. Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Access, Teams, Project), CRM Systems and Adobe Photoshop. I have significant experience developing Business Requirements and Design for Online/Websites and Mobile Applications, I enjoy working on complex problems especially in a team environment.
