I was the HR / WHS / ER Manager leading the change transition and decommissioning of the refrigeration plant for 600 employees through until the end of December 2016, including being the site plant manager for the last 8 months. Electrolux is a global market leader in home appliances, brands include Electrolux, Westinghouse & Kelvinator. Electrolux has 4,500 employees throughout the Asia Pacific region.Achievements include:Change Management - I managed the change process for approximately 600 employees, whilst maintaining employee morale and engagement and managing redundancy plans over the closure transition period.Strategic Advice - Provided strategic HR advice and guidance to site management and the Asia Pacific manufacturing management team over a period of major transformational change.Employee Relations - Successfully achieved the negotiation of Enterprise Agreements with the four onsite unions, including after the closure announcement and within budget. There was no industrial unrest during my 6 years at Electrolux.Talent & Performance Management - Developed talent management plans for and coached line managers in both talent & performance management.Recruitment & Payroll - Coordination of workforce analytics, planning, audits and review.
