With my strong background in Linux and with my understanding of how a business works, I led Linnovate’s penetration to the modern ages of DevOps and Cloud based solutions. It allowed us to develop new solutions, based on products as an addition to our traditional services model. I migrated many of our legacy systems to new private-clouds, thus allowing for scale and cost-reduction.I made the DevOps activity to generate revenues by providing high-end SLA services and complex setup services.

As CEO of Linnovate I concentrated on three principles:Business StabilityProducts QualityOperational ScalabilityI established the company’s status as an Enterprise-level services company. During this time Linnovate has gained some of it's biggest and long-time loyal clients, and became one of the leading and most influential open source companies in Israel.I improved all aspects of our development process and project management methodologies which in turn made our products finer and yet more robust.During my shift as CEO we merged with another company, and grew drastically in number and in our operational flexibility. The fruits of this merger are still visible today.

Upon foundation of Linnovate I took the responsibility of professional supervision and guidance. Development quality is something I highly respect. Stacksight is a market-changing monitoring tool and suggestions engine for open source web apps, founded by myself and my partners at Linnovate, as a spin-off of our services plans. In parallel to my other responsibilities, I took the project from the state of a good idea to reality and made it production-ready: stable, scalable and user-friendly.

Conducted a survey, mapping all Handicap International’s IT infrastructures, in its missions around the world. At the end of the project, HI had a complete and detailed list of all of it’s IT inventory, to the smallest details, and was able to plan smart upgrades and allocate the proper resources per mission.
