I currently have complete profit- loss ownership of all Indian Online Marketplaces for fastest growing, modern consumer brand VAHDAM. My role entails:1) Planning, monitoring and reporting of business KPIs - ROAS, Repeat Rate, Inventory fill rate, conversion to ensure profitable growth2) Managing end to end Ecommerce Implementation - product research, listing optimization, performance marketing, inventory overview and stakeholder coordination.3) Negotiation and working closely with all major online marketplaces like ARIPL, Cloudtail, Flipkart Supermart, Swiggy Instamart, Grofers Bigbasket etc.4) Managing performance ad spends to achieve visibility and revenue growth while ensuring target ROAS is achieved.5) Working with Cross-Functional teams like supply chain team for forecasting & fill rates, finance team for budgetary planning, marketing team for event based activities and new product launches.I have taken the challenge to ensure VAHDAM teas and superfoods reach maximum Indian household's kitchen.

I was go to person for data analysis at Vahdam and my role primarily entailed:1) Fully ownership for weekly business reporting to top management - Identified business KPIs, finalized presentation format and automated it using Excel Macros and formulas. This helped structure regular business review meetings.2) D2C data (India & Global) analysis to find insights into retention and churn rate, product basket composition, customer buying pattern, listing page performance analysis through conversion rate and time spent on that page and offer or discount performance3) Amazon Data Analysis - Captured data metrics like Total advertisement cost of sales at product level, product listing performance, event sales planning and offers testing. Product Gap analysis was done using Keywords Data from Helium10.4) Complete ownership of inventory and supply chain management for Global sales- a) Forecasted and planned for inventory requirement for Vahdam global to meet the expected sales. b) Coordination with cross functional teams like purchase, production and logistics to ensure proper stock is maintained. We worked with lead time of 4 months due to uncertain nature of international supply chain.This way we ensured 96% fill rate while also reducing long term storage fees, despite difficulties in supply chain due to pandemic in 2020.5) Facilitated Profit and Loss calculation at platform level and annual budget creation by combining historical data with projected growth potential.6) Initiatives outside of direct job roles - a) Implemented google spreadsheet based real time software to fetch Amazon global data. It reduced time spent on data collection by 80% and brought efficiencies in inventory management. More time is now spent on actual data analysis rather than just collection.b) Successfully brought outside traffic using influencers and offer sites for USA and Europec) Started managing direct sales on small ecommerce channels like Amazon Australia and Singapore

1) Designed daily and monthly periodic portfolio performance reporting format for PMS and AIF inventors. This entire process was later automated using Excel Macros and basic formulas.2) Conducted financial trades for sale and purchase of stocks in line with portfolio manager's strategy3) Led the project to design inhouse software for stock market trade parsing and daily tallying. This brought efficiency in the entire system and helped reduce errors. 4) Worked closely with portfolio manager and supported with data collection and it's manipulation using Capitaline software and BSE publicly available data.

As part of Fanmojo, Fantasy sports team, I was responsible for:1) Build from scratch new customer care system (software and process) design. It reduced Time per Query by 60% and customer service improved to 4.2 stars out of 5 (1 month average) from 3.5 earlier.2) Conducted negotiation and set up long term relationship with 3rd party sports data providers like score feed etc. This partnership was like between iron ore manufacturer and steel producer. 3) Marketing Communication and its inhouse delivery system design - Provided functionality requirement for sms delivery software and created sms and email communication.4) Reviewing the end product and suggesting changes based on feedback from stakeholders

Analysis of government sewage management initiatives and proposing recommendations- Secondary research into outcomes of planned sewage projects. Indicators were set and performance was measured against them.- Finding causes of the gaps founded at planning, administrative, infrastructural level- Based on these i suggested short term measures like real time monitoring platform designing of waste generation and treatment. Long term measures included small decentralized plants in new planned colonies in Delhi. this solved problem of large scale planning problems and high cost of sewage transfer along with environmental benefits.

Major job role was B2B marketing - I was responsible for Data base creation of prospective ecommerce partners, creation of marketing deck and then reaching out through cold calling and emailers.My manager Pallavi Sehgal was very encouraging and even took me to all client meeting where we presented our service. It was great learning experience and I can now cold call anyone.
