I have approximately 5 years of clinical experience at The Health Professionals. As a Lead Physiotherapist, my major role is team management and task delegation to assure quality healthcare services to the patients.Also, I supervise young graduates, physical therapy students and interns in clinical skills learning.Being specialized in Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy, I am responsible for patients' clinical assessment, diagnosis and making plans of care. I use advanced treatment techniques like Dry Needling, Kinesiotaping, Cupping Therapy and Manual Therapy like Soft Tissue Techniques, Mobilization and Manipulation of the Spine and Extremities.

Being a Lecturer, I am teaching physical therapy undergraduate students following major subjects including Anatomy,  Neuroanatomy, Musculoskeletal Physical Therapy, Biomechanics and Ergonomics. Additionally, I also get engaged in patient dealing at Margalla Rehabilitation Centre (Physiotherapy Clinic within college premises) as a Physiotherapist during college duty hours.

During my MS studies, I got an opportunity to work as a PG Trainee at Pakistan Railway General Hospital.Along with patient treatment and care, I had experience working in the Rehab Outpatient Department, Comprehensive Neurorehabilitation, Orthopaedic Ward, Medicine Ward, ICU and Surgery Ward and Paediatric Ward.

As a Demonstrator in the Physical Therapy Department, I had experience teaching Electrotherapy and Physical Agents, Biomechanics and Ergonomics, Anatomy, MSK Physical Therapy, Exercise Physiology and Manual Therapy to undergraduate physical therapy students.

Being a fresh graduate, I had a great learning experience at Fauji Foundation Hospital, Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, where I learned all basic clinical practice techniques like historytaking, patient assessment, planning short-term and long-term goals, patient handling and treatment.I also had inpatient experience and daily rounds of surgical, medicine, burn, oncology, pulmonology and orthopaedic wards and performing posture care,  proper positioning and chest therapy to indoor patients. I also had experience in dealing with Spinal Cord Injury, Stroke, Traumatic Brain Injury and patients with multiple neurological disorders in the Neurorehabilitation Department. Additionally, I got an opportunity to work in the Prosthetic and Orthotic Department where patients were assessed and treated according to their assistive devices like ambulation and transfer training.
