Dr. Michael is a Doctor of Chiropractic and Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner® with an emphasis on preventative, rehabilitative, and sports medicine. He grew up in New Jersey and attained his B.S. in Biochemistry at Drew University. He continued to excel in his studies and graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic West. Dr. Valones is also a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine and specializes in corrective exercises, rehabilitation, and strength training. He has attained several certifications and is proficient in many of the most effective, evidence-based, and up-to-date techniques including Active Release Techniques (ART), Graston, Rocktape (FMT), SOT, Diversified, Thompson Drop, Cranio-sacral, and others.As an athlete who played many sports including lacrosse, rugby, and ultimate Frisbee, Dr. Valones learned early about the benefits of chiropractic healthcare with over 10 years of experience in chiropractic. Outside of the office, he is fulfilling his other hobbies as a golfer, snowboarder, musician, martial arts practitioner, and outdoor enthusiast. His goal is to help people out of pain, rehabilitate their injuries, and get them back to the activities they love. Throughout the process, Dr. Valones hopes to educate patients of all ages and all lifestyles about their own personal health, and to help them reach new health goals they never thought possible!
