As a Health Services Manager, I oversee and develop programs that promote the health and safety of the employees and the environment. I leverage my PhD in Behavioral Health and my expertise in wellness, postural assessment/correction to design and implement interventions that reduce the chance of pain or injury, enhance productivity and well-being while fostering a culture of prevention and care.For over 30 years, I have been a pain and injury solutionist and an author, helping thousands of people from diverse backgrounds and occupations to get out of pain and on with their lives. I have master's degrees in kinesiotherapy, rehabilitation sciences, and human performance. Having a strong background in Industrial rehabilitation, functional capacity evaluation, work injury prevention, ergonomics, early intervention, case coordination, on-site work injury management services. Developed and designed company and occupation specific trainings, systems, and strategies for prevention and management of musculoskeletal injury. Consulted in a variety of occupational settings including Metal fabrication, foundry, moving, transportation, metal plating, filtration, paint and paper manufacturing. I continue to serve as an active consultant and work injury specialist with a variety of regional and national companies in addition to developing future work injury prevention solutions and programs.
