Compassionate Counseling for a Life that MattersMy goal is to help my patients achieve lives of joy, meaning, and contribution as they define those things. We begin with the barriers: the depression, anxiety, sexual or relationship issues that hold them back. We address childhood wounds if appropriate, or we focus on real time coaching goals if that's their choice. In the latter group, better sales or more effective team leadership may be the goal. For others, having me as an empathic, supportive guide over time greatly enhances their delight in their lives.
