With my extensive 22-year background in education management, I am a forward-thinking, goal-oriented, and accomplished leader in both the academic and community spheres. Currently, I hold the esteemed position of Chairman at IDM International in the United Kingdom, which is affiliated with renowned British universities. In this capacity, I am responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, ensuring academic excellence, and maintaining operational efficiency within the institutions. Additionally, I actively cultivate partnerships with global stakeholders in the fields of law, business management, health and social care, and ICT. We have established campuses in UAE, India, Sri Lanka, and Pakistan.As a dedicated social activist, I am deeply passionate about empowering underprivileged students, women, and youth through various initiatives led by the Jananam Foundation. Our efforts include providing scholarships, access to educational resources such as books and digital devices, and community support. I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my role, having earned a PhD from Girne American University, a Doctor of Business Administration from Lincoln University College, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wales, an LLB from Buckinghamshire New University in the United Kingdom, and a Bachelor of Business Management from the University of Colombo in Sri Lanka.Aside from my professional pursuits, I also engage in motivational speaking, conducting numerous camps and training sessions aimed at inspiring others.
