Responsibilities:Proposal Writing & Project Planning: Responsible for writing proposals, estimating project costs, preparing timelines, and communicating with various stakeholders and end users to ensure thorough project planning. Additionally, responsible for handing over project activities to subordinate employees.Project Implementation: Ensure the successful implementation of large-scale groundwater management projects by proactively interacting with other departments to ensure proper notifications of permit requirements, support needs, and activity coordination. This includes ensuring no adverse impact on the project schedule, scope, or budget.Data Analysis & Recommendations: Conduct primary and secondary data analysis, including field data analysis and evaluations. Provide innovative suggestions and recommendations to achieve sustainable outcomes.Field Operations: Perform various field tests, collect hydrogeological data, and conduct data analysis, interpretation, recommendations, interventions, and suggestions for sustainability.Reporting & Presentations: Write reports and deliver presentations that summarize final project outcomes.Organizational Planning & Monitoring: Plan and monitor organizational activities, providing feedback to staff based on professional standards. Suggest and review working procedures to meet organizational needs, and ensure staffing discipline, performance evaluations (both short-term and long-term), technical interactions, and training for field and laboratory staff.Health, Safety, & Compliance: Maintain project work sites in compliance with applicable health, safety, fire, and environmental codes and regulations. Take necessary corrective actions as required.Operational Coordination: Coordinate with staff to ensure coverage of operational hours. Manage procurement requests for supplies and equipment, and maintain the working efficiency of operational equipment through timely calibrations and maintenance.Issue Resolution: Resolve any issues related to the successful conduct of operations at various project sites.Stakeholder Interaction: Interact with staff and management, coordinating with other operations staff on the logistics of conducting fieldwork. Engage in proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders as needed.Additional Duties: Perform other necessary duties and responsibilities as assigned.
