Serve as the Test & Evaluation (T&E) Manager and Audit Lead for Enterprise Business Systems – Convergence. Manage the development of the Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP), plan, manage, execute, and document developmental and operational test activities. Develop and manage Trading Partner agreements/interface agreements and Trading Partner engagements. Oversees System Integrator test planning and execution. Lead the IT Control audit activities and coordinate with the Finance community for all finance related audit issues. Direct and supervise the day-to-day activities of 4 DA Civilians and 21 Defense Contractors to ensure integration and system readiness through effective communication and coordination with all stakeholders, change management, architecture updates, interface and trading partner coordination, development to production, test & evaluation, release management & scheduling, and audit management. Collaborate with two System Integrators to ensure development and systems engineering activities are synchronized while integrating new capabilities and sustaining the baseline.
