1. Prepare managers, IT/IS specialists, quality specialists/managers, and engineers to pass the PMP, Agile, CAPM, CQM/OE, SSGB, SSYB, and Lean certification examinations. Courses are taught as four-day boot camps; four Saturday sessions; one night a week for 11 weeks; or, two nights per week for five weeks. Courses are taught at the client site or as Live Virtual Courses using Learning Management Systems, Blackboard, Canvas, GoToMeeting or WebEx.2. Teach project management, agile practitioner, quality management, business processes, lean enterprise, and six sigma green belt and yellow belt courses. Dr. Warner provides the highest quality training in Northwest Washington and Lower British Columbia (Greater Vancouver area). Dr. Warner is available to teach at corporate sites or other venues throughout the U.S. and Canada.3. Consult and/or manage large scale projects including Six Sigma projects and Lean Enterprise projects. PRISM Diversified International provides project management consulting services and training and development for businesses, governmental agencies, and non-profit agencies. Dr. Warner has led successful projects in the following sectors: retail, construction, manufacturing, information technology, health care, financial, marketing, and higher education.4. PRISM has created, designed, developed and deployed numerous corporate and NGO web sites from offices in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area and in Lynden, Washington.5. Dr. Warner is a highly successful international consultant/trainer specializing in enterprise-wide quality management and project portfolio management during the past 25 years. Consults/trains middle management and upper management in enterprise quality management using tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, Total Quality Management, Agile project management, Microsoft Project 2016 courses. A retired MBA and MSPM professor teaching at universities in the USA, Canada, Greece, and China. As a serial entrepreneur, successfully launched and sustained several companies.

Taught MBA and MSPM courses at The University of International Business and Economics in Beijing and also in Shanghai and Guangzhou. Taught courses in project management, risk management, and quality management. Hybrid courses were three weeks on-site in China and seven weeks online or web-based instruction.

Served PMI as Region 1 Mentor overseeing all PMI chapters in British Columbia, Alberta, Washington, Oregon, Utah, Alaska, Idaho.
