As a Data Engineer, I play a central role in constructing and maintaining sophisticated data infrastructure that supports our business needs. They integrate the technology and services customers need to create solutions for global supply chains, e-commerce or any of today’s business challenges. As the Revenue Science Advisor, I lead the international revenue plan totaling up to one-third of the corporation’s total revenue. I also work cross-functionally with marketing and finance teams from six regions to forecast potential revenue for the next two to three years and build both a detailed airport plan as well as a consolidated revenue forecast.HIGHLIGHTS• Promoted from Sr. Analyst to Advisor within two years’ time as a result of exceptional performance.• Develop time-series forecasts and tests to evaluate and calibrate the forecasting results with econometrics and statistics methods (e.g. ARIMAX, Changepoint detection, Quantile forecast).

HIGHLIGHTS• Analyze forecast models, assess risks, and present results along with policy recommendations to senior management. Translate complex analyses into simple language to stakeholders including management, officers, and local teams.• Explore new machine learning techniques such as, artificial neural networks, neutral network autoregression as well as support vector machine (SVM) to improve forecasting accuracy.• Leverage SAS, SQL, Python and Oracle database to analyze transaction-level big data (approx. 1M daily transactions).

As a Research Assistant for the Economic & Policy Analysis Research Center, I collaborated with professors and research assistants on a team of five-six members to identify methods and reform the Missouri Department of Education’s retirement policy. HIGHLIGHTS• Designed and validated the Marchov chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) approach to estimate structural models (option value models, life-cycle model) with over 20 parameters.• Numerically estimated an option-value model to analyze teachers' retirement decisions and ran policy simulations.• Published Pensions and Late-Career Teacher Retention research and presented results at professional conferences.
