In 2017, EscapeWorks brought the fun and challenge of escape room games to the Ohio Valley. In early 2021, we revealed a brand new take on escape games that blows away the limitations of the usual format: an overnight hotel-based adventure. I am one of two owners and am involved in all aspects from game design, marketing, and hosting players to bookkeeping and government compliance.

Wheeling, West Virginia Area

I oversaw the Criminal Justice program at Wheeling University. While teaching four classes per semester, I overhauled the program, which entailed creating new courses, hiring and managing adjuncts, and developing an online component using the Blackboard LMS. I also provided academic advisement to more than 50 students and completed an articulation agreement with a nearby community college.

Greater Pittsburgh Area

I held several positions in my ten years at South University. I began as Online Program Director, managing 5 full-time and dozens of remote instructors teaching 30+ courses per session. I also taught 16 online courses per year, and was deeply involved in curriculum development and revision, at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Used eCollege and Brightspace LMS platforms.

Provided a variety of services to businesses of all sizes, from writing business plans for startups to providing corporate training to large companies. I also created websites for small businesses and produced marketing materials such as brochures and print ads.
