Accountable for the delivery of complex Domain 2.0 projects, identification and delivery of critical metrics, relationship-building with multiple levels of leadership, and cross-functional collaboration/integration.• I worked with cross-functional resources to define and execute critical projects through effective relationships, negotiations, prioritization, and support to deliver reduced operational support for underutilized assets and virtual functions of the network.• Identified new program opportunities and engaged leadership to define and execute critical projects to fill gaps to meet business needs. Programs included cost-saving from identifying underutilized assets and virtual tenants, negotiating shutdown, and powering down and decommissioning assets, which resulted in the reduction of necessary technical support (operations).• Led a project team that resulted in improved cross-functional coordination, problem resolution, and process improvement that resulted in a significant increase in success rate (50% to 100%).
