DR. WILLIAM CLARK assists nonprofits with developing sustainable revenue strategies and identifying talent acquisition solutions for growing businesses.Dr. William Clark has over 15 years experience working in city government, nonprofit administration and public housing operations. As the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and Workforce Readiness at Career Resources (CRI), Dr. William Clark spearheads the workforce development and training portfolio's growth. Utilizing his talent for innovative strategic planning, he has advanced performance, expanded program outreach, and increased revenue. He directs research efforts for new and cutting-edge initiatives to advance the mission and strategic positioning of Career Resources to be the leader in workforce development. Some of his projects include CRI’s recently launched Entry Point Staffing Co. and the integration of technology applications within CRI’s workforce development training portfolio, increasing productivity and efficiency. This effort has extended our talent capacity to expand our reach, impact, and credibility in the industry. Prior to joining CRI, Dr. Clark served as the Director of Workforce Solutions Collaborative in Hartford, CT, and prior to that as Assistant Managing Director of the Office of Economic Opportunity for the City of Philadelphia. Dr. Clark is an inspiring lecturer at multiple universities and the author of several books on nonprofit and church leadership, including Leadership Development in Your Church and Sustainability: Developing a Sustainable Faith-Based or Nonprofit Organization. He is also the author of several insightful personal development books, including Leverage: Taking Advantage of Your Right-Now to Build Your Tomorrow. Dr. Clark rounds out his dedication to his many social and community initiatives as the lead pastor of Living Faith Church in Hartford CT, where he continues to inspire and motivate his congregants. Dr. Clark holds a Doctor of Strategic Leadership from Regent University and a Master of Leadership Development, and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology degree from Penn State University.
