William L. Bainbridge, Ph.D., FACFE, DNASE, is a forensic education expert with extensiveexperience in school and university related accidents, incidents, sexual abuse and educational evaluation. He has been qualified as an education standards/policy expert in 37states. Dr. Bainbridge has more than 20 years experience auditing school systems anddocumenting educational standards of care.Dr. Bainbridge was honored by The Ohio State University in 2015, with the College of Education and Human Ecology's Award for Distinction. He was a speaker in 2015, at the SEAK 24th Annual National Expert Witness Conference in Washington, D.C. He currently serves as President and CEO of the SchoolMatch® Institute and as aDistinguished Research Professor at The University of Dayton. Since 1986 he has been a consultant to over 1000 organizations including law firms, school systems, corporations and government agencies. He is the former superintendent of three school districts in Ohio and Virginia and served on the executive staff of the Ohio Department of Education andProfessor for the National Academy for School Executives.
