William L. Bainbridge, Ph.D., FACFE, DNASE, is a forensic education expert with extensiveexperience in school and university related accidents, incidents, sexual abuse and educational evaluation. He has been qualified as an education standards/policy expert in 37states. Dr. Bainbridge has more than 20 years experience auditing school systems anddocumenting educational standards of care.Dr. Bainbridge was honored by The Ohio State University in 2015, with the College of Education and Human Ecology's Award for Distinction. He was a speaker in 2015, at the SEAK 24th Annual National Expert Witness Conference in Washington, D.C.
