-Conducts interviews, hires, reviews policies and procedures of potential employees.-Facilitated confidential interviews for the Middle/High School Longitudinal Studies (MGLS:2017-22), on behalf of the Data Collection Staff (DCS) and the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES).-Administered in-school Sessions for Middle/High School Students that encompass the main student body as well as students’ with disabilities; IEP’s, 504’s, ELL’s, ESL’s Plans &, etc. -Oversaw the participation levels, tracing, analyzing, and monitoring the critical data of the Study information. -Maintain The highest level of confidentiality & security protocols of the Study. -Manages and updates various complex databases and systems for RTI data compilation.

-Instructs students on various subjects through lectures, discussions, and demonstrations on several educational platforms. -Integrates technology into the classroom instruction for a well-rounded and moderate approach (i.e., resume meetings, teleconferencing, zoom meetings, and other social media platforms to stay engaged with students.) -Facilitates students in various undergraduate/graduate classes. -Chairs the local Connecticut Chapter’s Education Department. -Administers student fees, course guidelines, schedules, and school calendar events.

-Oversees Youth At-risk Leadership Program to help entice students to achieve higher learning. -Develops teaching tools to reduce the pregnancy rate within our Teen Pregnancy Prevention and Leadership Programs. -Establishes a 360 Diversity, Inclusion for Equality Program. -Creates a mentoring program for students from five (5) High Schools, in the Greater New Haven Area. -Implements a Strategic Skills for Success Leadership Training Program (Communication, Leadership, and Repetition Activities.

-Administered existing procedures and develops new policies to assure fair and equitable treatment of all staff. -Chaired/managed the Pension & 403(b) Benefit Plans.-Enforced Human Resources policies and procedures to reduce legal fees/fines (i.e., CHRO, Unemployment Compensation &, etc.) by 25%. -Developed contacts and relationships, with various Headhunters and Job Posting sites to assure the reduction of recruiting costs by 25%.

-Surpassed the hiring matrix by hiring over 100 qualified management and non-management employees in a short timeframe. -Organized and executed regional Job Fairs; thoroughly screened over 1500 potential candidates that resulted in hiring record-breaking qualified candidates. -Reduced recruiting and conversion fees by 30% while hiring qualified personnel from headhunter’s/affiliations and achieved a 100% placement rate for 1999 thru 2001. -Developed and implemented an accelerated manager’s training program that significantly improved managers’ & employees’ relations and performance. -Analyzed and negotiated the variances of similar ALEC's workforce, attrition, and intake, trends, and forecasting of various technical salary structures. Achieved results were used to establish compensation guidelines that were utilized company-wide.
