Whether your needs are simple or complex, ShipperHQ follows your real-world business rules around how you actually fulfill your products and makes sure that every customer sees exactly what you want them to see.My role has been to oversee the growth of both the ShipperHQ product and the team behind it including: - Developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with logistics providers, web development agencies, eCommerce platforms, and others - Building a Support team to stand behind the product and putting in place tools, processes, structure, and leaders focused on a consistently excellent customer experience - Building a Marketing team to encourage growth via a variety of channels including traditional marketing, events, and working with our partners to undertake successful co-marketing activities - Building a Sales team to accurately present and promote the product to potential customers of all sizes and identifying and implementing tools and processes behind that team to ensure consistency and effectiveness - With the rest of the management team, identifying and instilling a shared culture, focus, and set of goals in the team and in the product
