Change Management Supervisor
Supervised a team of Advisors and Senior Advisors for the last phase of a large-scale integration project between Enbridge and Union Gas, successfully migrated over 1,200 stakeholders into a new asset management system with harmonized processes and procedures.Utilized the Prosci ADKAR® Model as our guiding framework, identifying change resistance barriers and using those as opportunities to engage our stakeholders further, actively listen to their feedback and fine-tune our approach to foster desire for the change.Demonstrated adaptability and responsiveness by compiling change impact heat maps to validate end-user requirements, communications, and training needs. Stakeholder assessments were updated in real-time, ensuring that all individuals experiencing a change to their role were included.Engaged the business and external stakeholders with one-on-one interviews, focus groups, and roadshows, ensuring consistent communication and demonstrating our commitment to supporting individuals through their change journey.
