Over my personal and professional career, I’ve gained a level of accredited knowledge that I believe validates my expertise on human behavior (relating to work) and the application of statistics, psychological theories, and principles to organizations and individuals in their places of work. Because I am trained in a scientist–practitioner model, my skills are suited to contribute to an organization's success by implementing training, developing leadership, and performance management. I would say that I am programmed to make rational thoughts based on a framework that is the scientific method. As a result, I feel that I hold skills that allow for objective research and application of empirical findings.
