• Briefed and managed a field sales agency, providing a specific, process-driven sales pitch to be implemented on calls in London Convenience stores. This resulted in 90 new stores throughout West London.
• Created an incentive scheme for London stores, motivating and educating retailers, driving sales and providing proof of concept for a new drinks category. This data was used to engage three national retail chains.
• Managed a team of three at the National Convenience Show exhibition to showcase a New Product Launch, creating marketing traction and multiple new listings.
• Led a sales drive to achieve distribution in Bestway and members sell through, resulting in 40 new stores per day.
