In my current Investor Relations role, I present business and operating results to third parties on behalf of the corporation. I create quarterly and annual financial disclosures for analysts and investors. I develop scripts, visual content, and backup material for the CEO, CFO, and other senior executives, as well as provide live, in-room support during earnings calls, plan updates, and other public disclosures.• Led 2023 Product Solutions Investor Spotlight, including alignment of multiple organizations to create and disclose content in a hybrid investor event. Presentations and Q&A were supplemented with interactive exhibits and a tour of the ExxonMobil Baytown complex resulting in a clear understanding by the investor community and news media of the largest fuels, lubricants, and chemical business in the world. • Led 2023 Low Carbon Solutions Investor Spotlight, including creation of preliminary remarks and visual content, resulting in 1700+ virtual participants and positive press on Forbes, CNBC, and other outlets.• Developed investor-facing content as liaison to Technology and Engineering, Low Carbon Solutions, and Product Solutions companies to enhance attractiveness of ExxonMobil as investment relative to peers.• Improved investor community's perception of ExxonMobil via increased disclosure and transparency measured by 3rd party benchmarking, correlating with share price increase.

In this executive role, I transformed a conventional R&D portfolio into one that focused on energy transition applications, such as decarbonizing fuels, reducing greenhouse gas emissions from operating facilities, and reconfiguring/repurposing assets to grow margins in emerging markets. I commercialized technologies, such as Renewable Diesel and Methanol to Jet (Sustainable Aviation Fuel - SAF). I also led all technology advancement decisions as technical gatekeeper for R&D programs. Furthermore, I stewarded program milestones, deliverables, and expenditures as the technology organization's primary interface with the business line's strategy department for fuels technology. Moreover, I delivered periodic technology briefings to senior executives of the corporation. I created clarity for employees by tying people's roles and activities to the greater success of corporation. Promoted psychological safety, culture change, and broad site engagement with the Black Employee Success Team (employee resource group).• Optimized ExxonMobil's portfolio of fuels R&D programs by making critical decisions to either start, stop, or pace numerous technologies, streamlining portfolio according to business priorities amidst resource limitations.• Led workshops to refill front end of the R&D pipeline, resulting in identification of process and non-process technology programs at various stages of development.• Managed and developed research team leaders with numerous staff.• Developed current/future R&D technical leaders via coaching, both formally and over the course of delivering business results.

I led 30 scientists, engineers, and technicians in seven countries (U.S., Canada, France, Malaysia, Singapore, China, and Thailand) through four regional supervisors. I implemented a culture change initiative mitigating safety and business risk, while enabling team to significantly increase performance during COVID-19 slowdown. Integrated Licensing Technology group into Asphalt Technology group, finding synergies and efficiencies. In this role, I led the worldwide launch of CELESTIA and the associated Specialty Hydroprocessing Catalyst Offer. I collaboratively developed hydroprocessing market insights with Albemarle and shared learnings with sales team, resulting in landmark deals with pilot customers. I created the Downstream Catalyst Platform Team's structure, operating norms, and online resources. I also redesigned Fuels Dewaxing Marketing Plan for greater market performance and more rapid product development. I presented revised strategy for Platform growth to senior executives. Also, I led team in assessing business' competitive position and planning competitive response. Furthermore, I provided business guidance and strategic messaging to team. I accentuated key features to create differentiating market-facing messages via numerous white papers, advertorials, case studies, and other media. I created fit-for-purpose performance stewardship tools for assessment of tangible platform performance.• Created trade name CELESTIA with Trademark Law, MARCOM, Public Affairs, and Albemarle advertisers. Wrote two abstracts (accepted) for AFPM (San Antonio) and ARTC (Bangkok), two forums critical for global launch success. Co-authored presentations described by industry audiences as "uniquely impactful."• Led international launch of CELESTIA – the most active distillate hydrotreating catalyst ever commercialized, while collaborating with Albemarle manufacturing in Amsterdam.• Positioned CELSTIA launch alongside other products in mix to align with business strategy.• Increased unit sales via developing new products and restructuring product portfolio.• Created connection between CELESTIA launch and business unit's earnings goal, enabling Catalyst Platform to achieve company's ambitious target.

I led a team of 4 employees and 2 consultants in identifying critical improvement areas for technology deployment and sustainment activities. I validated sizable financial gap with Treasurer. Meanwhile, I conducted workshops with technical and managerial executives to identify root causes and key improvement opportunities. I also developed recommendations for gap closure. I gained full alignment with executive stakeholders from technology, manufacturing sites, and refining HQ resulting in implementation of key changes. I presented findings to Technology President, VP, and Business Director, who acted upon solution immediately, resulting in deployment of critical technology.• Led team in identifying significant lost opportunity from technologies not deployed or maintained.
