Reservoir Engineer in charge of Long Range Planning and Portfolio for Delaware Basin.Responsible for building asset development assumptions into corporate Portfolio model and other Financial Planning tasks: - Gathering and generating all inputs for Delaware Basin's Portfolio submission, including type curves for primary and secondary products, capital, OPEX, interest, inventory, and constraints. - Working with Corporate Planning team to calibrate Portfolio model and interpret results.- Running and maintaining Enersight model for long-range production & cash flow forecast used by Executive Team for upstream field development and midstream infrastructure planning.- Assisting Short-Range Planning engineers with monthly financial reforecast and yearly budget process.- Financial Planning special projects; i.e.: variance from budget/guidance reconciliation, downtime measurement and forecasting, well performance analysis relative to type curve.- Providing technical support and economic guidance for business development, production operations, investor relations, and corporate finance projects.

Responsible for base production operations in Anadarko's Austin Chalk / Eaglebine asset in Central Texas.Projects and responsibilities included:- Daily production monitoring of 450+ horizontal oil wells in a growth asset with an active drilling program. - Setting up and supervising flowback for new wells (single & multi-well pads), and monitoring pressure & production during free-flow period. - Recommending and designing new artificial lift (rod pump) installations, and optimizing existing systems.- Executing and coordinating subsurface program with 150+ workovers a year, including coil tubing cleanouts, casing leak repairs, and mechanical integrity tests. - Closely supervising P&Ls at the well and field level to minimize lifting cost. - Project screening and post-appraising considering economic metrics, leasehold implications, and long-term field development strategy.- Plugging and abandonment of non-productive wellbores.
