I joined the FasTrax Solutions team just before a large growth spurt. I started in technical support, handling day to day software, OS, networking, and SQL Server issues via phone, email, and the ConnectWise ticketing system. During our growth spurt, I was promoted to the lead technical analyst handling top tier and escalated issues, traveling onsite to assist in new client training and conversion procedures, and installation of new hardware and software. I also managed (and continue to manage) our LabTech server, creating scripts to automate tasks and monitor thousands of PCs for issues which are escalated to the client and support team.I currently am our onboarding specialist who works with all new clients. This includes building a SQL database that contains all pricebook, permission, and employee information, all software training, best practices and procedural training, and am the point of contact for any and all communication during the onboarding period to ensure a fantastic experience.I additionally then become the account manager for the all clients, continuing to be the point of contact for communication and proactive care, addressing concerns, upselling products, providing software news, taking and addressing feedback, and providing training.When not doing the above, I create our public and internal facing documentation, training videos, do weekly training webinars covering all our software, manage our servers, manage our internal wiki, do software testing to ensure stability and consistency, and oversee our client asset management.

As a Business Analyst and Domain Consultant, I'm responsible for defining business processes and application architecture required for integration.I act as a liaison between businesses and clients, delivering multiple projects in closecoordination with them.I document the client's business requirements via simple data and process models, andcommunicate the same to the stakeholders/SMEs.

I was the go to Tech Depot specialist in our district; I resolved hundreds of issues that normally would have to have been rejected due to major software and/or hardware issues. This drastically increased sales, as well as made our customers ecstatic about the service levels received. My skills boosted my store to the very top in Tech Depot service sales within the Southeastern part of the United States, which led to me being the very top salesman and building much rapport with our customer base.
