    Developed switching code and moved to IP Routing. Stabilized Cisco’s flagship code, EIGRP, and worked to reduce customer issues (2-3 CAP cases to none). This was accomplished by redesigning the EIGRP Query processing to prevent SIA conditions. Over the next 2 years, improved overall code quality and stability of EIGRP and began meeting with Cisco customers to determine enhancements needed to further EIGRP. From these customer meetings, I suggested and developed “EIGRP-Stub” which has allowed EIGRP to scale substantially better than other IGP protocols. Grew EIGRP team from 1 from 3 team members with active customer engagements to develop new enhancements and improve quality.
