Responsible for research organization, data collection and analysis, lead author of a research called “Learning mechanisms in technology business accelerators in the context of a nascent ecosystem”.

Responsible for organization of the pre-seed acceleration program and training of program participants and NU Faculty, author of the course called ‘From Research to Tech Entrepreneurship’.

Responsible for organizing the educational process of the department and dual training.

The Project is implemented within the Country Partnership Strategy of the World Bank with the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and is aimed among other objectives at supporting economic diversification and development of human capital, namely, promoting reforms related to skills and jobs. Responsibilities include the following:- Development of Terms of References (Technical Specifications);- Calculation of Estimated Budgets of the Terms of References;- Receiving World Bank’s ‘No Objection’;- Negotiating final content of Terms of References with potential Consultants;- Preparing draft Contracts and communicating it with the Legal Department of the Ministry;- Concluding and Managing the Contacts;- Reviewing products/results of the Contracts;- Arranging Steering Committee meetings with participation of various State Bodies;- Closing Contracts and preparing documents for the Post-review.

Responsible for the innovation management curriculum design and development of a number of courses, among them being: ‘Technology Entrepreneurship’, ‘Innovation Management’, ‘Change Management’, and ‘Venture Financing’.

Responsibilities include the following:- ‘AACSB International’ (USA) Accreditation Coordinator;- Responsible for ‘AMBA’ (UK) Re-Accreditation;- Project Manager of ‘Eurasian Doctoral Student Academy’ (EDSA);- Project Manager of ‘EurAsian Journal of Leadership’ (EAJoL).Conducted market research of MBA programs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, identified key demand trends and developed ‘The 2015-2020 Strategic Plan for the Graduate School of Business, Almaty Management University’.

Responsible for international cooperation and the introduction of undergraduate training programs in the English language in support of the trilingualism policy. Member of a working group for the creation of the Startup Ecosystem at the University. Designed a joint bachelor program with Lucerne University (Switzerland) and passed a short-term training on ‘Innovative Economics and Business Education in Europe’ at Antwerp University (Universiteit Antwerpen), Belgium.
