Projects included:ProtectBuy (3DSecure) PROJECT (2017):• Steered all aspects for the certification of both ISSuing and ACQuiring side.Coordinated services providers, merchants and vendors of the ISSuing (ACS) and ACQuiring (MPI) solution; personally conducted E2E POS certification to cut costs.EUROPAY MASTERCARD VISA (EMV) PROJECT (2010 – 2016): • Steered all aspects of conversion of Diners Club Italy magnetic credit cards to chip credit cards. Coordinated POS vendors, services providers, banks and merchants; phased in ACQuiring and ISSuing and personally conducted E2E POS certification to cut costs.• Successfully realised EMV upgrade of 500,000 POS, 30,000 ATMs and issue of 100,000 chip credit cards; completed project on time and to budget.NEW ACQ MODEL (2010): • Realised substantial new business for company through giving another acquirer ability to sign contracts on company’s behalf; handled planning, requirements and testing and coordinated staff and external companies.• Increased turnover by approximately 20%; rolled out project on date specified, smoothly incorporating last-minute requirement for 7,000 additional ATMs.AUI PROJECT (2009 – 2010):• Successfully turned around critical overdue project to enable Diners Club pass Bank of Italy audit.• Upgraded AUI system; identified need for efficient control framework and commissioned its development and implementation.INTEROPERABILITY PROJECT (2009):• Orchestrated acceptance of Discover cards on all POS and ATM terminals of DCInternational ACQuiring network; planned and coordinated activities of all service providers and external companies, defined project plan.NETWORK MIGRATION (2008 – 2009):• Played pivotal role in major migration of authorisation system and CMS to UNIX server, upgrading network from X.25 to TCP/IP.
