My job was ensuring that the 12 export advisors in the team had the best possible conditions to help Danish solutions reach the global markets. Results included a 50% increase in activity level for HQ-based SME-support, expanding the in-field team of advisors with 50% as well as launching a new concept for working with Key Accounts as well as developing innovative pilot projects for SME-activities.

Deputy to the Ambassador and head of the the Embassy's trade section. Managing 15+ people, ensuring high quality products for our costumers: Danish ministries, Danish Parliament as well as Danish companies. Results include a closer Danish Estonian collaboration on Security Policy as well as a 500% increase in commercial activities since I joined the Embassy in 2014.

I especially worked with the Danish EU and NATO engagement - the latter including the response to the crisis in Ukraine and preparation of the NATO Summit in Wales. I worked very closely with a wide variety of partners (Danish Ministry of Defence, Defence Forces, Prime Ministers Office, Parliament etc.), creating relations built on trust to ensure timely and optimal results on short deadlines in a stressful time with no room for error.

Primarily responsible for the political reporting, as well as the development programmes on Governance - particularly reform of the judicial system in Bolivia. I honed my skills in creating results through partnerships with others across cultural and professional boundaries - for example the Bolivian Supreme Court, Ministry of Justice as well as NGO's.
