CurrentResponsibilities include:• Manage on-site telecommunication services for New York City Health and Hospitals.• Oversight of 17 service technicians supporting 10 hospitals and over 100 clinics throughout the 5 boroughs of New York City• Evaluate the efficiency of business procedures and applied improvements • Oversee customer support processes and organized them to enhance customer satisfaction• Established uniform processes and procedures that are efficient and cost effective• Assess customer feedback and make necessary improvements• Manage relationships and agreements with external partners and vendors
