Ensure building is OSHA compliant • Supervise kitchen staff and oversee all aspects of food service, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.• Maintain outdoor equipment for year-round operational efficiency, including seasonal preparation for summer and winter.• Work with multiple building systems, including HVAC, security, and utilities, to optimize performance and ensure seamless operation.• Manage vendor relationships for both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, including capital project oversight.• Perform budget management tasks, monitoring company performance against financial estimates and preparing annual budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility.• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
