Lead R&D program office for Design and Manufacturing Processes and Tools especially focused on Business Process Re-Engineering of Concurrent Product Definition processes via CAD/CAM & Data Mgmt Systems in preparation for Boeing 787, Joint Strike Fighter, and various other Boeing programs.• Managed development and implementation of Breakthrough Common Processes to significantly improve quality, cost, and cycle time performance for new and existing digitally defined products. Established agreed process maps, associated business metrics, and transition projects to move from “As Is” to “To Be” business processes and technolgy.• Responsible for supporting Boeing working together partnership with IBM and Dassault Systemes. Managed strategy and requirements development of vendor software capability (CATIA/ENOVIA/DELMIA) to meet Boeing Company requirements.• ADEPT Program in Seattle comprised approximately 80 people from BCA Engineering and Information Systems with a corresponding annual budget of $8M.

Lead deployment of Wing IPT plans and processes to all Wing IPT team members.• Supported development of integration processes and tools such as Digital Product Definition, Digital Pre-Assembly, and Product Data Management & Visualisation. • Structure Design Engineer - 737 Next Generation Wing Leading Edge IPT. Design and release of Wing Leading Edge Slat Track Ribs, Refuel manifold supports, etc.Lead Engineer – Boeing 777 Airplane Integration • Responsible for cross-functional integration of all systems and structure in the 777 Crown Zone (volume above stowage bins & ceiling panels).• Lead coordination of design integration reviews and issue resolution to ensure an interference free and producible design with engineers & manufacturing suppliers.• Supported development of integration processes and tools such as Digital Product Definition, Digital Pre-Assembly, and Product Data Management & Visualisation.
