CurrentCOVID-19 Update: Once the pandemic shut down travel, and all of the branches closed their doors, we had to make a substantial change. For the past year+ I've been redesigning our sessions to work virtually, and we now have separate programs to offer: Virtual, Onsite, or a hybrid of both.Additionally, I've been working with Marketing on scripting and developing a block of training videos that can be used for session pre-training, skills review, or demonstration purposes.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------OVERALL JOB DESCRIPTIONProvide systems installation and training to financial and retail institutions across the Northern Hemisphere, for multiple manufacturers of cash management technology. This position involves pre-installation analysis, onsite configuration of the systems, training of staff and support personnel, development of training materials, post-training analysis, and follow-up support.Additionally, I have been working with Compuflex personnel on analysis of current and long-standing training processes and documentation, and development of e-learning tools such as remote/webinar sessions and training videos. My position also involves participation in the following projects:-Development and presentation of Operations Classes-Development of Training Package marketing materials-Assisting Client Companies with development of their Training Teams-Development and presentation of Train-the-Trainer sessions and materials-Analysis of Skills Retention, for greater impact of training-Updating of company website section focused on Education
