I am currently a law enforcement officer and have 4+ years of experience in this area. In this position I display and grow many different skillsets such as crisis management, investigations, security, and leadership. As of now, I am a crisis intervention officer, field training officer, and hold an intermediate certification from the State of NC. Previously, I worked in a state-run juvenile facility. In this position I was given a caseload of juvenile offenders and would work with social workers, court counselors, and others to reshape these individuals back into society. I would help design and implement rehabilitative programs and supervise the caseload of juveniles and other members involved in working within the facility. I hold a B.S. in Criminal Justice from East Carolina University. My goals are to keep improving. I am a firm believer that you should never stop learning and continuing to be better than you were yesterday.
