Morison PLC is a Subsidiary of Hemas Holdings PLC-Responsible for implementing the Talent Management process.-Identify competency / talent gaps with relation to short term and long-term business priorities and implement development strategies and initiatives to fulfill the identified gaps. -Manage all Graduate Development Programmes and Hemas Future Leaders Programme in SBU-Work in building the talent pipeline within the organization through implementing career management initiatives and succession planning.-Critical Role identification and management & overlooking the employee retention scheme-Ensuring the quality of the performance objectives.-Enabling the line managers with HR capability through coaching (objective setting, performance review, providing feedback etc)-Candidate assessing, job evaluation & grading (Aon – Job Link), making inputs to build vs buy decisions on talent.-Manage on-boarding and off-boarding employees.-Drive the Employer Branding process across all platforms making sure the EVP (360 You) is replicated in all key HR touch points.-Drive social media utilization for recruiting and augmenting the employer brand.-Establishing partnerships with local and foreign higher education institutes to build talent pipeline and employer brand (MOUs, Career Skills Development workshops, career fairs etc)-Review, develop, recommend and administer cost-efficient, appropriate compensation and benefit schemes-Responsible for the delivery of monthly payroll and all other employee comp & ben mechanisms.-Roll out engagement strategy to address the gaps identified through annual Engagement survey (Aon Hewitt) and other interventions and observations.-Drive all Hemas Group Initiatives related to employee engagement, welfare and CSR – Hemas Wellness, Abhimana, Piyawara etc-Preliminary Investigations and Prosecute Domestic Inquiries.-Managing warehouse employee Union correspondence
