Responsible for the environmental performance of Halliburton on a world-wide basis. Directly manage all environmental aspects globally; including Mergers, Acqusitions, and Divestitures; Compliance and Permitting (air, water, waste, land); Environmental Remedy; Li Cell/Battery Termination; Supply Chain Review and Approval; Global GHG Tracking and Reporting; and the provision of the Environmental Indicators GHG, et al required for Halliburton's Annual Corporate Sustainability Report, Dow Jones Sustainability Index and lead for Carbon Disclosure Project submittals.

Environmental, Health and Safety Advisory Services for US Nationals as well as In-country Corporate and Legal Entities. Provide Program and Project Management Services for Pre/Post Acquisition/Merger/Divestitures for Key Clients on a World-wide Basis.

Direct interface with HSE Decision Makers regarding the necessary activities required to control and limit corporate/facility vulnerabilities during asset life cycles. This would include environmental due diligence (such as primary HSE compliance assessments during the acquisition, merger, or divestiture) of an asset, detailed HSE audits (root-cause) to identify compliance and educational needs and establish and track on-going quality improvements. Drafted HSE scopes of work/ proposals, change orders and modifications. Managed project timelines, budgets and communications to ensure needed actions were met or exceeded. Reviewed and approved all technical reporting on Key Client accounts. Met with regulatory agencies at all levels to negotiate an aggressively pursue cost effective solutions to meet the intent of regulatory, statutory, and legislative mandates. Coordinated with both internal and external legal counsel, as needed.

Joined the firm as HSE Project Manager and progressed to Senior Program Manager/HSE P&L Lead for Northern California Operations. Maintained responsibility of Key Client accounts including General Electric (28 subsidiaries), MI-Swaco companies, and several large law firms. Managed budgets, timelines, and communications throughout all work efforts. Lead an initiative to build as HSE practice for Northern California that required relocation from Texas to San Francisco. Northern California HSE services grew to a 30-person professional team (direct reports) within 12 months of implementing the initiative. Sales continued growing and exceeded $2,000,000 annually after the initial year and remained stable thereafter.

Joined the firm as an Environmental Scientist performing commercial as well as industrial due diligence. Worked with Phase II assessment team and Project Management Department to develop analytical and field skills needed to address compliance and contamination vulnerabilities. Services grew and eventually included not only due diligence services, but HSE compliance assessments, risk assessment support, MSDS reviews and development, Worker Safety Assessments, training, etc. Developed a business plan to build and operate an internal analytical laboratory. Business plan was approved and fully implemented within six months. Sales (mostly internal) grew to $1,000,000 within 18 months. Last position held was Department Manager - Environmental Management Services with 10 direct reports performing an array of HSE services. During Line Management timeline, continued providing direct services on complex assignments as well as overseeing Key Accounts.
