I am a church planter starting new congregations in New England. Since launching Grace Church in 2005, we’ve planted ten other new churches in spiritually under resourced towns south of Boston. All four Grace Church locations are as multi-ethnic as our communities and attendees come from various religious backgrounds. You’re sure to find people here with a story similar to yours. We have a very diverse leadership team with complementary skills and a singular focus on being biblically centered. My role is focused on biblical communication, leadership development, strategic planning, and church multiplication.The top five least religious states in the country are all in New England and we feel compelled to do something about it. We regularly partner with different Christian church planting groups in our effort to make sure every New Englander has access to a healthy, biblically centered, radically generous, outwardly focused church family.

During my tenure at the college, I led the development of a comprehensive curriculum for a minor degree in adolescent spiritual development, ensuring it exceeded the standards set by the Massachusetts Department of Education.Working closely with students, both inside and outside the classroom, was undoubtedly the highlight of my role. Witnessing their personal growth and academic achievements brought immense satisfaction and reinforced my passion for religious education.As Director of Recruiting, my focus was on identifying and engaging prospective students, while also addressing any enrollment challenges they faced. Over my tenure, we experienced consistent and rapid growth in new student enrollment.I found fulfillment in every aspect of my role, from nurturing relationships with students to celebrating their successes as they left our college community to serve in their home churches. It was a privilege to contribute to their academic journeys, the overall advancement of our institution, and the development of the churches we served.

As a student pastor, my goal was simple: to introduce students to the benefits of living life as a follower of Jesus. When I began, our student ministry was small, with less than 20 students. Over eight years, we experienced tremendous growth, with our weekly attendance surpassing 100 students from grades 7 through 12.During my tenure, we focused on weekly large group gatherings that attracted the irreligious and smaller gatherings to inspire the Christian student to live more faithfully. We saw dozens of them become devoted followers of Jesus and were proud to send 35 students to Bible college, equipping them for a lifetime of service and leadership.In collaboration with two other student ministries, we established three week-long camp experiences—winter camp, junior high camp, and senior high camp. These camps not only provided opportunities for personal, spiritual growth but also fostered connections between students and ministries from several states across the region.During this time, I was honored to be invited to speak at several other student ministry camps across the country. This opportunity allowed me to share biblical truths with thousands of teens every summer, spreading the good news that God wants all people everywhere to turn to Him.
