With over 30 years of aviation experience, I am a passionate and dedicated flight training specialist who strives to provide high-quality and engaging courseware for Boeing widebody aircraft pilots. I have a master's degree in military operational art and science, and a strong background in pilot instruction, safety management systems, and commercial aviation. I am motivated by Boeing's mission to connect, protect, explore, and inspire the world through aerospace innovation, and I value diversity, inclusion, and collaboration in my work.As a flight training specialist at Boeing, I am responsible for developing, reviewing, and updating courseware materials for Boeing widebody aircraft. I work with a team of subject matter experts, instructional designers, and graphic artists to ensure that the courseware meets the regulatory, operational, and customer requirements. I also chair the board of supervisors at the Whidbey Island Conservation District, which oversees and provides direction for the Whidbey Island Conservation District. Additionally, I serve as a tree farm inspector for the American Forest Foundation, where I certify and support family forest owners who practice sustainable forestry. These roles allow me to leverage my skills and expertise in forest management, environmental stewardship, and community engagement.
