I have served in the Canadian Armed Forces for over 19 years, holding key leadership roles such as Commandant of the 34 GBC Battle School, Digital Transformation Officer at 2 Cdn Div HQ, and Infantry Company Commander at The Black Watch (Royal Highland Regiment) of Canada. My experience spans diverse fields, from leading digital transformation initiatives that enhanced operational efficiency for 12K personnel, to directing training and tactical operations. I have commanded specialized teams, improved crisis response strategies, and spearheaded multi-million dollar projects that strengthened readiness and resilience. As a dedicated officer, I supported key strategic planning, personnel management, and crisis response during domestic and international operations, earning commendations for my contributions. I held diverse roles in emergency medical services, combining strategic coordination and hands-on medical response to ensure effective patient care during critical situations. As an Air Ambulance Coordinator with Skyservice Air Ambulance, I managed the intricate logistics of emergency air transports, collaborating with flight crews, medical personnel, and insurance providers to create comprehensive flight plans. My role focused on client management, precise coordination, and adherence to safety standards.Simultaneously, I served as a Primary Care Paramedic at Urgence Santé and Cote St Luc EMS, responding to emergency medical calls and delivering essential pre-hospital care. I conducted patient assessments, performed critical interventions, and ensured safe transport to healthcare facilities.
